Rules for using chain hoists:

1. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
2. It is strictly prohibited to operate using power other than manual labor.
Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the machine parts are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idle condition is normal.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are securely hung. The lifting chain should be hung vertically without twisted links, and the lower hook bracket of the double chain should not be overturned.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, causing the hand chain wheel to rotate clockwise to lift the weight; Pull the chain in reverse and it can slowly descend at noon.
6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for personnel from the chain hoist manufacturer to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.
7. During the lifting process, regardless of whether the weight rises or falls when pulling the bracelet, the force should be uniform and gentle, not too strong, to avoid the bracelet jumping or getting stuck.
8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, they should stop using it.
 

Maintenance method for chain hoist:

1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with rust-resistant grease, and stored in a dry place.
2. Maintenance and repair should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism to prevent those who do not understand the performance principles of this machine from disassembling and assembling at will.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, the hoist should undergo a no-load test to confirm its normal operation and reliable braking before being delivered for use.
4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of falling objects.
