1. Hooks
Drop forged steel suspension & load hooks are heat treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, the hook does not fracture but will slowly yield.
2. Power
Operating voltage 220-440V, 50/60Hz, 1-3 phase.
Low voltage control 36V is standard.
3. Motor
High efficient energy-saving motor, asbestos free brake system. 2-speed motor available.
4. Chain
Alloy steel chain super strong surface hardened for optimum strength and wear resistance.
5. Chain Bucket
Solid chain bucket as standard part for safer operation
6. Limit Switch
Limit switch devices fitted at both top & bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.
7. Phase Error Relay
Phase error relay, a specially designed current-post, prevents motor from running at incorrect wire connection.
8. Pushbutton Swith
Pushbutton swith is rain-proof plastic for severe impact and corrosive atmosphere resistance and mechanically interlocked.
9. Safety Latches
Top and bottom hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard.
10. Light Wight
Light weight, compact and solid body case.
11. Push Button Control
Fits operator's hand operation. Impact and chemical atmosphere resistant. 
HSY type chain electric hoist adopts special motor, work level is high, good safety performance, high reliability,
chain run in the sprocket, chain is not easy to fall off or jump ship, electric chain hoist used more stable.
Electric hoist can be used alone, hosit also can be used with electric trolley to achieve left and right run in the rail.
Adopt imported FEC80 super heat treated alloy steel chain, chain rupture will not occur.
Electric hoist shell is light and strong, the cooling rate is high, the sealing design is suitable for the environment in poor operation condition.
Before delivery HUGO brand electric hoist is tested by the no-load and load for many times.
